टाकळी खातगावातील मुलांना गावातच चांगले शिक्षण मिळावे आणि गावाची प्रगती व्हावी, या उद्देशाने श्री. रमजान शेख यांनी २०११ मध्ये समता शैक्षणिक सामाजिक संस्था सुरू केली. आज एकाच परिसरातील दोन शाळांमध्ये प्ले ग्रुपपासून बारावीपर्यंत शिक्षण दिले जाते. Shri Ramjan Shaikh started Samata Shaikshanik Samajik Sanstha in 2011 so that the children of Takli Khatgaon could get a good education close to home, and the village could grow. Today two schools on one campus teach children from Playgroup to Class 12.

गावाच्या प्रगतीसाठी सुरू झालेली संस्था.Started for the good of the village.

गावातील मुले शिकली, तर गाव पुढे जाते.When a village's children learn, the village moves forward.

भारतीय सैन्यातून सेवानिवृत्त झाल्यानंतर श्री. रमजान शेख टाकळी खातगावला परतले. आपल्या गावासाठी काहीतरी करावे, असा त्यांचा विचार होता, आणि त्यांनी शिक्षणाचा मार्ग निवडला.After retiring from the Indian Army, Shri Ramjan Shaikh returned to Takli Khatgaon. He wished to do something for his village, and he chose education.

२०११ मध्ये त्यांनी समता शैक्षणिक सामाजिक संस्थेची नोंदणी केली. संस्थेसाठी निवडलेले नाव, समता, म्हणजे सर्वांना समान.In 2011 he registered Samata Shaikshanik Samajik Sanstha. The name he chose, Samata, means equality.

२०१२–१३ च्या पहिल्या प्रवेशासाठी त्यांनी एक फलक छापला. त्यावर पालकांना पाच वचने दिली होती. फलकाचा रंग उडाला, पण वचने आजही तशीच आहेत:For the first admissions in 2012–13 he printed a banner with five promises to parents. The banner has faded. The promises have not:
